OnePlus Ace 6T was introduced in China by the smartphone company on Wednesday as the newest member of the Ace 6 series. This device will be available in the country through the Oppo China online shop in three different colors. The new OnePlus Ace 6T is driven by Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 8 series processor, which was unveiled on November 26. It features a dual rear camera system, led by a 50-megapixel main camera. Additionally, it has an 8,300mAh battery and the updated Wind Chaser Gaming Kernel. It also holds IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K certifications for resisting dust and water. The starting price for the OnePlus Ace 6T is CNY 2,599 (approximately Rs. 33,000) for the basic model with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. The more advanced versions, which include 16GB RAM with 256GB storage, 12GB RAM with 512GB storage, and 16GB RAM with 512GB storage are priced at CNY 2,899 (about Rs. 37,000), CNY 3,099 (around Rs. 40,000), and CNY 3,399 (about Rs. 43,000), respectively. The most premium version costs CNY 3,699 (roughly Rs. 47,000), featuring 16GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage.
As part of a launch promotion, the brand is providing a discount of CNY 200 (about Rs. 2,600) on the OnePlus Ace 6T. It will be available for purchase in China through the Oppo China online store starting December 5. The OnePlus Ace 6T comes in colors called Flash Black, Fleeting Green, and Electric Violet (translated from Chinese). It is a dual SIM phone that operates on Android 16 with ColorOS 16. The device has a 6.83-inch Full-HD+ (1,272x2,800 pixels) AMOLED screen that supports a refresh rate of up to 165Hz, a peak brightness of 1,800 nits, 450ppi pixel density, displays 1.07 billion colors, covers the full DCI-P3 color space, and allows a touch sampling rate of up to 330Hz. It is powered by Qualcomm's octa-core Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor, which includes two performance cores and six efficiency cores. The SoC is paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and can have up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 internal storage, capable of reaching a maximum clock speed of 3.84GHz.
For its camera features, the OnePlus Ace 6T comes with a dual camera setup on the back. The main camera is a 50-megapixel (f/1.8) lens that includes two-axis optical image stabilization (OIS). Additionally, it has an 8-megapixel (f/2.2) ultra-wide camera that provides a 112-degree viewing angle. For taking selfies and making video calls, there is a 16-megapixel (f/2.4) camera on the front. The rear camera can record videos in 4K resolution at up to 120 frames per second, while the front camera can capture videos in 1080p resolution at 30 frames per second. The device includes various sensors such as a proximity sensor, an ambient light sensor, a color temperature sensor, an electronic compass, an accelerometer, a gyroscope, and an infrared blaster. For security, the OnePlus Ace 6T features a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor built into the display. When it comes to connectivity, it supports 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 7, NFC, a USB Type-C port, and satellite navigation systems like Beidou, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and QZSS. It has a large 8,300mAh battery that supports 100W wired SuperVOOC fast charging. The device has a high level of dust and water resistance, rated IP66 + IP68 + IP69 + IP69K. Its size is 163.41x77.04x8.30mm and it weighs approximately 217 grams.
